1. Who can order
Orders must be placed by an adult 18 or older. Our products are designed for ages 6+ and may contain small parts — adult supervision recommended; not for children under 3.
2. Products & made-to-order items
Many Bobo Gadget items are 3D-printed by hand or printed to order, and some are one-of-one. Small variations in color, finish, and texture are normal and part of the handmade charm — they're not defects.
3. Orders, pricing & availability
We do our best to keep pricing, descriptions, and stock accurate, but errors happen. We may correct errors, cancel an order, or limit quantities (including one-of-one and limited drops) at any time. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.
4. Pre-orders & drops
Pre-order and limited-drop items ship on the date shown at checkout. Drops are limited and may sell out. See our Return & Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
5. Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Our content & brand
The Bobo Gadget name, logo, characters (Bo, Tank, and Ping), artwork, designs, product designs, and site content are owned by Bobo Gadget and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or make derivative products from our designs or characters without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use our site to break the law, infringe our or others' rights, or interfere with the site's operation.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bobo Gadget isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products. Use products as intended and follow any safety/age guidance.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
